16th Asian Youth Tenpin Bowling Championship

Participation :
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 16th Asian Youth Tenpin Bowling Championships which will be held in Cairo, Egypt on February 1 – 10, 2012
We would like to remind all Asian Federations that only member federations who are 2011 paid up member of FIQ, WTBA and ABF could participate in the championships.

Rates for all 3 hotels:
Single Occupancy US $ 110
Double/Twin Occupancy US $ 140
Triple Occupancy US $ 165
The above room rates are inclusive of government tax, service charge, breakfast and internet use. Shuttle bus service will be provided to and from the official hotels and venue according to competition schedule.

Official Delegation :
The official delegation shall include:
a. A maximum of 1 Boys’ teams and 1 Girls’ teams from each federation.
Each participating team shall include no more than 4 players.
b. One coach per Boys’ team and one coach per Girls’ team
c. One administrator per Boys’ team and one administrator per Girls’ team
Entry fee for official delegation is US $ 100 per person.
The official delegation is invited to all official functions including the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception as well as the Victory Banquet.
Extra officials and supporters will have to pay a fee of US$150.00, which will include invitation to all official functions, accreditation and transportation.
Eligibility :
All players must age 20 and under, that is born on or after January 1, 1991.
Schedule of Events :
Enclosed please find the Tentative Schedule of Events for your reference.
Visa :
1. All Arab countries visa at the airport except Tunisia and Iraq which has to be issued at the embassy in their country
2. Hong Kong and Macau get visa at the airport
3. Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea can get visa at Egyptian Embassy or at the airport
4. All other Asian countries, Nigeria and Ethiopia requires visa from the Egyptian Embassy in their country and have to be made in advance
A letter will be send to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt to inform the respective Egyptian embassies to held in issuing the visas
